Who We Are Looking For:
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager with a strong background in direct-to-consumer, preferably within a startup environment, to be our first marketing hire. The Marketing Manager will create, drive, and execute the DTC marketing strategy for multiple feminine healthcare products. This role will also create, implement, manage, and execute all email marketing, social media, paid media, and web merchandising. We have a lot to figure out and we need you to own our Marketing and take our products to the next level. What You Will Do:
- Design and drive our marketing strategy to exceed all Brand and DTC revenue targets.
- Develop and execute an email marketing strategy that includes segmentation, A/B testing, content creation, design, scheduling, and post-campaign analysis.
- Understand and comply with industry trends, best practices, and compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM Act) to ensure emails are effective and compliant.
- Curate and implement a social media strategy across all platforms including creating content, scheduling, engaging with our community, and post-campaign analysis, to achieve all goals.
- Design, implement, and manage paid media campaigns across various channels to meet acquisition and revenue targets.
- Analyze campaign results and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Using analytics, collaborate with the digital team to optimize website navigation to enhance the user experience and increase sales.
- Manage marketing budgets and optimize spend across campaigns and channels

What Skills Will Help You Be Successful:
- 3+ years of experience in a DTC marketing role with proven results in email marketing, social media, and paid advertising.
- Previous experience as a Marketing team of 1.
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms, social media management tools, and web analytics tools.
- Previous experience in SEM, SEO, and online advertising.
- Strong bias for action and ownership
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to see the downstream effects of strategy decisions.
- High level of organization.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong collaboration, team-first mentality, prioritization, and adaptability skills required
- Extremely comfortable with change, ambiguity, and uncertainty as we strive for innovation over perfection.
- Ability to pivot and adapt to quickly changing marketing goals
- Thrives in a high-energy, start-up environment
